MANILA, Philippines —“Habagat” or the southwest monsoon will continue to affect several areas in the country, including Metro Manila in Luzon on Tuesday, bringing scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said.
Cloudy skies and more consistent rain, should also be expected in Zambales, Palawan, and Mindoro provinces, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
