MANILA, Philippines — Luzon and Visayas may expect fair weather even as the low-pressure area (LPA) south of the country may bring rain showers in Palawan and the Zamboanga Peninsula on Friday, the state weather bureau said.
Based on its Friday morning bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said easterlies will still affect climate in Luzon and Visayas, bringing hot and humid conditions in the two regions.
