MANILA, Philippines — The Embassy of the Philippines in Tripoli, Libyaon Tuesday advised Filipinos there to take the necessary precautions against Covid-19 as the total number of cases among the Filipino community climbed to 128 with at least six reported deaths.
On Monday, two Filipino oil workers were reported to have contracted the disease, the embassy said in a statement.
These new cases, according to the embassy, are in addition to the 23 Filipinos who were reported to have tested positive for Covid-19 last December.
