MANILA, Philippines—Filipino mixed martial arts fighter Jenel Lausa is set to return to active competition after signing a multi-bout deal with BRAVE CF.
The 32-year-old flyweight was once a Pacfic Xtreme Combat flyweight champion, winning the title when he defeated Team Lakay’s Crisanto Pitpitunge in 2016 before he was signed into the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
He had a strong debut in the UFC with a victory over China’s Yao Zhikui but lost his next three bouts including one against Yuta Sasaki in June 2018.
