LEGAZPI CITY —- An elderly, a minor, and four other persons were caught by police anti-narcotics operatives while sniffing shabu (crystal meth) on Tuesday in a drug sting in this city, a police report said Wednesday.
Arrested were Rafael Abion, 60; Rhejo Bingayen, 20; Enrico Arena, 22; and a student, 17, all residents of Barangay Puro; Dondon Arao, 30, a resident of Barangay Binanuahan, according to Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson.
Also arrested was Jomar Bingayen, 31, the owner of the house in Barangay Puro, where the shabu session was held.
