MANILA, Philippines — The eastern parts of Luzon can expect rainy days to persist as Typhoon Bising moves slowly, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday afternoon.
Latest reports from Pagasa said that the northern portions of Ilocos Region, the whole Cagayan Valley down to Aurora would still be affected by Bising on Wednesday. The eastern parts of Quezon and the Bicol Region meanwhile would be hit by the trough or extension of the typhoon.
Bising, which was last spotted 475 kilometers east of Baler, Aurora, may start to move away from the landmass only after Thursday.
