(Eagle News)–The easterlies are affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
