MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte himself is already growing impatient over the delay in arrival of Covid-19 vaccines, Malacaang said Friday.
“Si Presidente, nagsalita na. Siya po mismo naiinip na,” presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said in an interview over state-run People’s Television Network.
