MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) is still not recommending the resumption of face-to-face classes in schools in the country considering that almost all areas in the country have active COVID-19 cases.
Health Secretary Francisco Duque III earlier said that holding face-to-face classes can be considered in parts of the country with zero COVID-19 cases.
However, during an online forum on Wednesday, Duque said all areas, except Batanes have reported COVID-19 cases in the last two to four weeks.
