MANILA, Philippines – To prevent possible abuses by police officers in the enforcement of an order by President Rodrigo Duterte to arrest people who are not wearing face masks properly, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said Thursday it will be coordinating with the Philippine National Police and various local government units (LGUs).
