MANILA, Philippines — If the Commission on Human Rights has evidence to back its claims against the police involved in drug war operations, thenit should present evidence and file cases in court.
Otherwise, “their claims can be construed as black propaganda,” former top cop, now Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa said on Thursday.
“They’ve been saying the same thing since 2016, it is now 2021,” Dela Rosa said in a text message to reporters.
“If they have the evidence then they should file appropriate charges in court otherwise their claims can be construed as black propaganda,” he added.
