LUCENA CITY — A Quezon provincial board member and his wife both contracted the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the provincial government revealed on Sunday.
On the Facebook page of the Quezon Public Information Office, Board Member Donaldo Suarez disclosed that he and his wife, lawyer Alexis Suarez both tested positive for COVID-19.
“Sa kasalukuyan ay maayos ang aming kalagayan at binabantayan ng doctor ang aming kondisyon,” Suarez said.
(We feel well at this moment and doctors are monitoring our condition.)
Suarez called on those they interacted with to immediately self-isolate and monitor their health condition.
