MANILA, Philippines — Beds in hospitals in Manila City for COVID-19 patients are already 67% occupied, with some hospitals nearing and are already at full capacity.
Based on data shared by Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Wednesday, out of the 523 beds meant for COVID-19 patients, 351 are already occupied as of Wednesday, April 7.
The data did not specify how many beds in the intensive care units (ICUs) catering to severe or critical COVID-19 cases.
