MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Saturday announced that it would be resuming the issuance of voter certifications for local registered voters starting May 10.
In a press release, the Comelec said registered voters nationwide may apply for a voter’s certification from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays at the Comelec’s National Central File Division satellite office, in the FEMII Building, Extension Cabildo Street cor.
