MANILA, Philippines — It’s going to be a cold Tuesday in Metro Manila and most parts of the Philippines due to the northeast monsoon or amihan, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. live weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that thenortheast monsoon surge continues to prevail in the country.
“Northeast monsoon or amihan ang patuloy na nakakaapekto sa bansa kaya inaasahan pa rin ang malamig na simoy na hangin sa araw na ito,” weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said.
