(Eagle News)–The tail-end of a frontal system is affecting the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the northeast monsoon is also affecting Northern Luzon and the rest of Central Luzon.
