(Eagle News) — Cloudy skies with rain showers are expected in parts of the Philippines today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, and Zamboanga Peninsula, in particular, will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
