MANILA, Philippines—China stamped its second straight win after dominating Chinese-Taipei, 115-66, in the 2021 Fiba Asia Cup qualifiers on Thursday.
Team Dragon took the top spot of Group B at 2-0 while Chinese-Taipei dropped to 1-2.
A dominant first quarter was what China needed to take control of the game mounting a 37-16 lead after the opener.
China then increased its lead to 37, 67-30, after Lu Wenbo’s layup capped off a 12-0 run with 1:07 to play in the first half.
