MANILA, Philippines — A panel of the Commission of Appointments (CA) on Wednesday approved the nominations of five Philippine ambassadors.
In a hearing on Wednesday, the CA’s Committee on Foreign Affairs approved the nominations of the following ambassadors:
Generoso Calonge – Chief of Mission, Class I as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Iraq;
Maria Theresa Dizon-de Vega Chief of Mission, Class I as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Korea;
