MANILA, Philippines — Face-to-face visit for inmates is allowed at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) starting Dec. 25 until Jan. 1 amid the coronavirus disease pandemic, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) said Thursday.
In a Facebook post, BuCor said its “controlled dalaw” system does not make physical contact during the controlled visit, which is limited to only 15 minutes.
