LUCENA CITY — Batangas province recorded 13 fatalities from coronavirus disease amid the continuous surge of more virus carriers in the past three days or beginning Holy Wednesday until Good Friday, authorities said.
The Provincial Health Office (PHO), on its March 31 to April 2 bulletins, reported the deaths of COVID-19 patients in the towns of Mataas na Kahoy (3), Nasugbo (2), Taysan (2), Tanauan City (2), and one each in Padre Garcia, Calatagan, Rosario and Lipa City. Reports did not provide added details on the fatalities.
