MANILA, Philippines — Over 100 colleagues and lawyers said the impeachment complaint filed against Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen was “baseless and unfounded,” as they threw their support to the judiciary official.
“Knowing Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F.
