MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga —- Aurora Gov. Gerardo Noveras has tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
The governor disclosed this in his message to the people of Aurora that was posted on Facebook Thursday (June 3).
Noveras asked everyone, who had close contact with him in the past several days, to get in touch with provincial and municipal health offices.
He said, except for a pain in the throat, he generally felt well. He said vaccination against COVID-19 probably helped a lot.
