MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) are offering free transport services to aid Authorized Persons Outside of their Residence (APORs) and essential workers affected by the reimplementation of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila and four neighboring provinces.
The LTFRB said the free transport service is offered until April 4 and covers 44 routes in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal. The service would be available from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m., said the transport board.
