MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or “amihan” will contiue to bring rains and cold weather over the country on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
“Umiiral pa rin ang amihan o northeast monsoon sa buong bansa. Ito’y nagdadala ng mahihina at katatamtamang ulan sa ilang bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas,” Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja said in a weather report.
