MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or “amihan” is expected to bring cloudy skies and rains as it affects the whole country, the weather bureau said Sunday.
Cloudy skies with rains will prevail over Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 p.m. bulletin.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate with at times heavy rains, Pagasa added.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon, meanwhile, will have cloudy skies with light rains, with no significant impact.
