(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck Albay on Saturday, Sept. 4. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 5:23 a.m. It had its epicenter eight kilometers southeast of Rapu Rapu. The depth of focus was 17 kilometers.
