MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte hailed South Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Han Dong-man’s excellent diplomatic work in advancing bilateral ties between the two nations during the diplomat’s farewell call in Malacaang on Thursday.
In a statement released Friday, Malacaang said Duterte congratulated Han for a successful tour of duty in the Philippines.
Duterte conferred on Han the Order of Sikatuna, with the rank of Datu (Grand Cross), Gold Distinction.
