LEGAZPI CITY — A suspected big-time drug pusher was killed while P1.17 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) was recovered from him in a police buy-bust operation in Naga City in Camarines Sur on Friday morning.
Police Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, spokesperson of the Bicol police, said Alvin Pala, 40, a resident of San Jose town, was killed in the buy-bust operation that resulted in an armed confrontation in Barangay Concepcion Pequea of the city at around 8 a.m.
Police recovered from him a knot-tied sachet of shabu weighing 150 grams valued at P1,170,000 in the street market, police said….
