MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec), along with non-profit organization Vote Pilipinas, have joined forces to launch Town Hall meetings to promote voter registration.
The first online Town Hall, under the “Magparehistro Ka!” campaign, will begin on Thursday, at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will be live streamed through Zoom and Facebook.
Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon will give the keynote address before the presentation of data on voter registration by Comelec spokesman James Jimenez, and Vote Pilipinas lead convenor Ces Rondario.
