MANILA, Philippines — Manila launched on Sunday a COVID-19 vaccination site operating during graveyard hours on Recto Avenue.

The site will cater to people who could not get vaccinated during the daytime because of their work — among them drivers of pedicabs and “kuliglig” (makeshift vehicles resembling tricycles), market vendors, laborers, and porters, according toMayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso.

The Manila Public Information Office posted pictures on its Facebook, but it did not specify the exact location of the vaccination site.
