MANILA, Philippines — With only a year left in office, President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said there is “nothing” he considers as his legacy since he does not want to brag about what his administration has done.
“Nothing. All I want the people [to do] is to just look around. Hindi ko ipagyabang. Unang-una hindi ko ito pera.
