MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Information and Communications Technology will launch a free online learning portal to encourage employees and the entire workforce to develop their digital skills.
In partnership with Microsoft Corporation, the DICT designed a Workplace Learning and Development Platform, which consists of asynchronous, instructor-led, and blended online courses that focus on tasks relevant to specific types of duties.
The portal offers 1,000 modules, 300 learning paths, and 21 specific roles that could be accessed for free.
