MANILA, Philippines — The Liberal Party is making efforts to reach out to Senators Panfilo Lacson, Nancy Binay, and Joel Villanueva as well as Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno as it aims to help bring together the “broadest unity possible” in the 2022 elections.
Senator Francis Pangilinan, who serves as president of the Liberal Party, said this Tuesday in view of the coming national elections next year.
