Actress and fitness coach Michelle Madrigal wanted to test her speed before doing a longer distance in her runs, so she recently decided to run about 4.80 kilometers (3 miles) as a warm up.
“Just finished a 3 mile run. I wanted to test where I was at and my fastest was 9:23 (still slow for most people I know hence why I train harder). Although I’ve come far considering running 12mins/mile before,” she said in her Instagram page on June 18.
She added that since running has always been a challenge for her, she would rather sprint first before doing 10 kilometers.
