LUCENA CITY — Police arrested five drug suspects here and seized over P239,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) on Friday and Saturday.
Police Leuitenant Colonel Romulo Albacea, Lucena City police chief, identified the suspects as Rafael Sabinosa, Fernando Baez, John Jeremie Dollano, Paola Reyes and Alex Oracion Jr.
Sabinosa and Baez were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Ibabang Dupay at around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities seized eight sachets of shabu worth an estimated P209,000. Police also found one improvised shotgun with a bullet from the suspects.
