ANGELES CITY, Pampanga—-Four more residents in this city died of COVID-19 Thursday, bringing the total number of fatalities to 289, the city government disclosed in its latest bulletin.
Those who died of the viral disease include a resident of Barangay Balibago, one from Pulungbulu, another from Sapangbato, residing in Barangay Sto. Cristo.
This city registered Thursday 40 new patients, bringing the number of active cases to 357.
As of June 17, this city recorded 6,319 COVID-19 cases, of which 5,673 had recovered.
