MANILA, Philippines — Glitchy internet connection strikes again.
The briefing of Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque in Malacaang on Thursday was cut short due to poor internet connectivity.
In several instances during the middle of the question-and-answer portion, Communications Undersecretary Rocky Ignacio, who has been designated to read out questions sent by the media, was disconnected from the briefing.
This forced Roque to read out himself the queries sent by reporters and answer them.
In the end, Roque decided to cut the briefing short.
