MANILA, Philippines — Only the western parts of Luzon would feel the effects of the southwest monsoon, as most areas in the country would have fair weather conditions, according to the state weather bureau.
The latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Tuesday afternoon showed that winds would hit only the Ilocos Region and the western portion of Central Luzon from the southwest monsoon or habagat.
