MANILA, Philippines — A 102-year-old woman has received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Muntinlupa City on Monday, June 14.
According to the city government’s public information office, Lola Maria Maas received her COVID-19 shot at the Festival Mall Upper Ground Floor Covered Parking vaccination site.
The Muntinlupa City government has been encouraging senior citizens to get their COVID-19 vaccine as an added protection against the adverse effects of the new coronavirus disease caused by SARS-CoV-2.
It urged the public to register via MunCoVac to get a schedule in the city’s vaccination sites.
