MANILA, Philippines — Flooding may take place in some areas of Metro Manila and Central Luzon as moderate to heavy rains are expected to fall in those places due to the monsoon trough, according to a rainfall advisory issued at 11 p.m. on Wednesday by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Specifically, moderate rains may occur over Pampanga and Bulacan, whilemoderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila and Bulacan in the next two hours.
Meanwhile, light to moderate rains may be felt in Zambales and Bataan.
