MANILA, Philippines — Children aged below 15 years old in Quezon City can leave home to avail essential services as long as their parents and guardians accompany them, local government said.
According to City Mayor Joy Belmonte’s revised quarantine guidelines issued on Dec. 4, persons younger and older than ages between 15 to 65 years old are allowed to go out for the following reasons:
-when physical presence is required at work;
-dealing with emergencies;
– for purposes of air/sea travel as shown by pre-booked tickets;
-medical and dental appointments.
