MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Dante has temporarily exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) Friday morning, but cloudy skies and rain showers are still expected over the western side of Luzon.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that as of 4 a.m., Dante was located 285 kilometers northwest of Laoag City with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 80 kph.
It is moving north at 20 kph.
