MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar has assured the public that the police force is investigating the recent mass gathering incidents in Tondo, Manila, and Baclaran, Pasay, for violating health protocols.
Eleazar said on separate occasions that both events are being looked into, as these undermine government efforts against the spread of COVID-19.
