MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has once again belittled the Philippines’ arbitral victory against China’s nine-dash line claim, calling it this time as “meaningless.”
In his pre-taped “Talk to the People” that aired Monday night, Duterte saidall the country has to do is to “talk and talk” until “things correct itself.”
