MANILA, Philippines — Kalei Mau on Tuesday announced she won’t be able to participate in the national volleyball team tryouts, which begin on Wednesday in Subic.
Mau, who plays for the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers, was among the 40 players selected by the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) to compete for a spot in the women’s national team.
With that being said, I will not be able to attend the National Team tryouts this week due to travel restrictions and safety risks. But my dream to play for the Philippine flag has and will not change
