MANILA, Philippines — The country’s number of active COVID-19 cases is currently at 141,375 after the Department of Health (DOH) tallied 9,628 new infections on Monday, April 19.
DOH’s COVID-19 bulletin also showed that 9,266 more patients recovered from the virus, for a total recovery tally of 788,322; while 88 new deaths meant that the death toll is now at 16,048.

All in all, the country’s total confirmed COVID-19 cases is 945,745.
