MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte will address the nation this Thursday night to give the public updates on his phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Malacaang said.
“Mamaya po magkakaroon ng ‘Talk to the People’ ang Pangulo, siya na po ang magkwekwento kung ano ang nangyari sa kanilang usapan ni President Putin. This will be a ‘Talk to the People’ tonight,” presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said Thursday in his regular briefing.
