LUCENA CITY — Police arrested two drug suspects in Candelaria and Lucban towns in Quezon province over the weekend.
The Quezon police’s Public Information Office reported that anti-narcotics agents collared Maxleen Palines, 55, after he sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay 4 in Lucban town at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
The suspect yielded four sachets of meth.
In Candelaria, police nabbed Pedro Legion, 46, in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Sta. Catalina Norte around 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Authorities seized three sachets of shabu from the suspect.
