MANILA, Philippines — The local government of Quezon City has placed various areas under a 14-day”special concern lockdown” in a bid to address the locality’s increasing number of COVID-19 infections.
In a Facebook post on Friday, the local government announced that 47 areas — not entire barangays or villages — are currently on community isolation:
